We’re planning an in-person day of hands-on, experiential learning - a chance to practise the skills and approaches from the Emotional Finance model in a small, supportive group.
The focus is on working well with client vulnerability.
But the impact is wider than that.
These are the relational skills that strengthen all client conversations - helping advice land more clearly, relationships deepen, and trust hold under pressure

Embedding vulnerability-aware practice into your advice process
Understanding vulnerability in real client conversations
Translating FCA expectations into observable, day-to-day behaviours
Building trust, connection and collaboration as the foundation for working well with vulnerability
Navigating difficult moments with confidence.
