  • This document sets out the terms and conditions you agree to by registering for the Emotional Finance Programme, delivered by Emotional Finance.

    Programme Overview

    The Emotional Finance Programme is a virtual training programme designed to build the soft skills, relational intelligence, and trust-building behaviours that underpin excellent client work in financial services.

    The programme includes:

    ●      A 1:1 Pre-Programme Call

    ●      4 x Live Half-Day Group Training Sessions

    ●      4 x Integration & Practice Calls (in designated Client Ready or Client Alchemy streams)

    ●      A 1:1 Client Session Review with Emma

    ●      A 1:1 Post-Programme Coaching Call

    ●      Digital Certification Badge upon completion

    Live session dates are published on the website.

    Booking and Payment

    ●      A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your place.

    ●      The remaining balance is due at least one month prior to the programme start date, unless an instalment plan has been agreed.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    ●      The deposit becomes non-refundable 10 calendar days after registration, except in exceptional circumstances at the Provider's discretion.

    ●      No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

    ●      If the Provider cancels the programme, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

    ●      If minimum participant numbers are not met, the Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme.

    Attendance and Participation

    To ensure a high-quality experience for all, participants agree to:

    ●      Attend all scheduled sessions and participate actively

    ●      Schedule 1:1 sessions in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances at the Provider’s discretion

    ●      Join sessions from a confidential, distraction-free space

    ●      Arrive punctually, be prepared, and engage respectfully

    Conduct and Responsibilities

    Participants agree to:

    ●      Contribute professionally and respectfully in all sessions

    ●      Maintain the confidentiality of all group discussions

    ●      Communicate proactively if unable to attend any part of the programme

    Confidentiality

    ●      All personal and professional information shared within the programme is treated as confidential.

    ●      The Provider may use anonymised examples for supervision or training purposes, with the participant’s consent.

    ●      Sessions are not recorded. However, with the full agreement of all participants in a given session, a transcript may be generated to support reflection and learning.

    ●      Transcripts are shared only with session attendees, stored securely, and permanently deleted at the end of the programme.

    ●      No transcription will be made unless every participant in the session explicitly agrees.

    Data Protection

    ●      Participant data is collected and stored in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

    ●      Data will be used solely for programme delivery, administration, and occasional service updates.

    ●      Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk.

    Intellectual Property

    ●      All programme content and materials are the intellectual property of Emotional Finance.

    ●      Participants agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent.

    Programme Changes

    ●      The Provider reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the content, schedule, or format of the programme.

    ●      Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

    Publicity and Testimonials

    ●      Participants may be invited to provide feedback or testimonials for marketing purposes.

    ●      No feedback or identifying information will be shared publicly without the participant’s explicit consent.

     

    Disclaimers

    ●      This programme is a professional development experience. It is not therapy or a substitute for therapeutic support.

    ●      No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or business results.

    ●      Participants are responsible for how they apply the learning in their own context.

    Force Majeure

    ●      The Provider is not liable for any delay or failure in programme delivery due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (e.g. illness, emergencies, or technical disruption).

    ●      In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.

    Ethical Practice

    ●      The Provider adheres to ethical principles informed by professional codes of conduct, including those of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

    ●      All work is delivered with care, integrity, and a commitment to professional boundaries and confidentiality.

    Complaints and Feedback

    ●      Feedback is welcomed and encouraged. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the programme, please raise it promptly by emailing emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk.

    ●      All concerns will be handled respectfully and in a spirit of constructive resolution.

    Limitation of Liability

    ●      To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the programme, including indirect or consequential loss.

    ●      Participants accept full responsibility for their own engagement and application of the programme content.

    Entire Agreement

    These terms represent the entire agreement between the participant and Emotional Finance and supersede any prior communication. For any questions or clarifications, please contact emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk.

  • By joining The Emotional Finance Collective (“the Collective”), you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The Collective is delivered by Emotional Finance.

    Membership Term, Fees & Payment

    ●      Membership is billed monthly and paid via the website booking link.

    ●      By joining, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 months.

    ●      After the initial period, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk.

    ●      The Collective runs for 9 months of the year, with breaks in April, August, and December. During these months, no sessions are held and no fees are charged.

    Session Access and Participation

    ●      Membership includes access to one facilitated session per month, which must be booked in advance.

    ●      If you’re unable to attend in a given month, you may request to double up the following month. The Provider will do their best to accommodate, subject to availability.

    ●      Sessions are:

    ○      Confidential

    ○      Not recorded

    ○      Capped at 12 participants

    For the benefit of the Collective, members agree to:

    ●      Arrive on time and stay for the full session

    ●      Join from a quiet, confidential space

    ●      Engage with curiosity, respect, and care

    ●      Book sessions using the designated system and manage their own attendance

    Conduct

    Members agree to:

    ●      Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared in sessions

    ●      Contribute professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with the values of the Collective

    ●      Refrain from behaviour that may be disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful

    The Provider reserves the right to withdraw membership at any time if a participant’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or damaging to the safety of the space. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Provider and may be made without refund.

    Confidentiality

    ●      Sessions are not recorded under any circumstances.

    ●      Group discussions remain confidential to those present.

    ●      The Provider may take brief, anonymised notes to support session design and facilitation, but individual identities will not be shared or disclosed.

    Data Protection

    ●      Emotional Finance stores and processes data in accordance with UK GDPR.

    ●      Your information will be used only for communication and administration relating to the Collective.

    ●      You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk.

    Intellectual Property

    All session content and exercises remain the intellectual property of Emotional Finance. Members agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission.

    Programme Changes

    ●      The Provider reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session content, format, or scheduling in service of the group.

    ●      Once booking links have been sent, sessions will not be rescheduled except in the case of emergency or unavoidable disruption. In such instances, all efforts will be made to offer alternative options.

    Disclaimers

    ●      The Collective is a professional development space. It is not therapy, nor a substitute for therapeutic support.

    ●      Membership does not constitute a supervisory or clinical relationship.

    ●      Members are responsible for how they apply any insights or learning in their professional context.

    Ethical Practice

    The Provider adheres to professional and ethical codes of conduct, including those of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). All work is delivered with care, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries.

    Feedback and Complaints

    Thoughtful feedback is always welcome. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please raise it promptly by emailing emma@emotionalfinance.co.uk. All concerns will be addressed respectfully and with care.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Collective, including indirect or consequential loss. Members accept full responsibility for their own engagement and application of any learning.

    Entire Agreement

    These terms represent the entire agreement between the member and Emotional Finance and override any previous communications.
