Relational File Checks:
Relational file checks are focused supervision sessions which offer feedback on one or more client meetings.
I will listen to or observe 30-60 minutes of any client meeting of your choice -discovery, annual review, or client-initiated - and provide feedback on your strengths and opportunities for development.
You'll gain insight into how you're building trust, connection and collaboration, deepen your understanding of that particular client, and develop transferable skills you can apply across your practice.
It's a fast-track way to strengthen your emotional literacy and relational intelligence with expert supervision.
