An highly interactive and practical programme for experienced financial professionals who are ready to sharpen their soft skills, deepen trust and elevate their human-centred client work. 


This isn’t surface-level training. It’s not about doing things ‘my way’ or following a rigid formula. There are no holy grails here. Just expert-led teaching, reflective dialogue, experiential practice, meaningful insight and real-time feedback to help your way of working become even more effective, sustainable, and relational.

  • Spot and respond to hidden relational dynamics and unspoken client beliefs

  • Navigate heightened client emotions with greater confidence and care

  • Balance benevolence with healthy boundaries and avoid burn out 

  • Seamlessly integrate relational intelligence into their own authentic way of working, without rigid scripts or one-size-fits-all methods

  • Notice and address client resistance or ambivalence with clarity and compassion

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Client Alchemy blends conceptual and theoretical teaching; expert-led mentoring and feedback, shared reflections, and live practice to embed your learning in an impactful and long lasting way.

The standard, open programme includes –

  • 1 x thirty minute pre programme one to one call

  • 4 x half day live training group sessions

  • 4 x one hour group review/digest/Q&A call

  • 1 x one hour post programme one to one review and mentoring call 

  • Digital badge upon completion for you to use on LinkedIn or your website 

  • Access to self directed peer study groups

  • Maximum 8 participants for a personalised and immersive experience with plenty of individual feedback*

  • Individual formative progress and recommendations report

The programme costs £2,500 per participant, with a deposit of £250 which is required to secure your place.

ABOUT EMMA

Emma is a highly regarded psychotherapist, trainer and group facilitator, as well as a DipFA qualified and Wise Monkey certified Financial Coach.  

Emma has developed the Emotional Finance model to bridge her relational expertise and emotional wisdom with her insider understanding of financial services. 

She is a vocal and zealous advocate for the foregrounding and prioritisation of soft skills and relational intelligence in the financial services profession.
