FAQs

What happens if I can’t make a session?

If you miss a session one month, I’ll do my best to offer a catch-up session the following month (subject to availability). Since you’re paying monthly, I want to help you get the most out of your membership — life happens, and there’s flexibility built in.

What if I can’t find a suitable time slot?

I offer a range of session times each month to give everyone the best chance of finding something that works. If nothing suits that month, I’ll do my best to help you catch up the following month by offering a second slot (if there’s space).

What happens in a session?

Each session is different. Sometimes we explore a theme suggested by Collective members, sometimes we follow what’s live in the room, and other times I’ll bring a focus or challenge for us to work with. Sessions are interactive and grounded in real client work, and often include reflection, discussion, role play, or live demos.

Is this a training course?

Not quite. The Collective isn’t a structured programme — it’s an ongoing professional development space where you can keep growing your relational and emotional skills over time, in good company.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Nothing is recorded, and confidentiality is core to how we work. This is a space where people can be honest, curious, and real — without judgment.

How big are the groups?

Each session is capped at 12 participants, but during this beta phase groups may be smaller — which means more space for focused discussion and tailored input.

What’s the time commitment?

Each live session is 75 minutes. You can attend one per month, and if space allows, you’re welcome to join more.

What does it cost?

During this beta phase:

  • £25 per month (for 9 months of the year — we pause in April, August, and December)

  • Or £198 annually, which works out at £22/month

You’ll get access to one session per month, with the chance to attend up to four if space allows.
There’s a 3-month minimum membership, after which you can cancel any time.

If you'd prefer to join on a one-off basis, the cost is £40 per session. A few ad hoc spots will be available each month — you’ll just need a quick call with me first to make sure it’s a good fit.

How do I join or register?

If you’ve worked with me before, through the Emotional Finance Programme or on a 1:1 basis, you are welcome to join straight away (Join here)

If we haven’t worked together yet, we’ll start with a short welcome call to make sure the Collective is a good fit for where you’re at and what you’re looking for. (Register Interest)

You can also book into a trial session if you’d like to experience the space before committing. (Book into trial session here)

Can I try a session before committing?

Yes! I’m offering open trial sessions in July, August, and September as part of this beta phase.
[Book your trial session here →]

Can I join a session without becoming a full member?

Yes — a limited number of ad hoc sessions are available to book at £40 each, subject to availability. These are open to people who’ve worked with me before, or to new participants after a quick welcome call.

Who can join the Collective?

The Collective is open to all financial professionals, whatever your role, experience, or background. If we’ve worked together before, you’re welcome to join straight away. If not, we’ll just arrange a short welcome call to make sure it’s a good fit.

Can firms join on behalf of their team members?

Absolutely. Firms can sponsor individuals to join the Collective as part of their ongoing development, or explore bespoke options for wider team access.

Will there be women only sessions available?

I haven’t begun with offering women’s only sessions at this beta stage but I’m definitely open to offering them (and men’s only sessions) if there’s enough interest.
