Shared Learning, Targeted Support

Live training sessions are delivered to all participants encouraging rich peer insight and shared language across experience levels. For integration and practice, participants move into their designated stream (see below), enabling focused reflection, scenario work, and skills development shaped around their current needs and experience.

Client Ready Stream.

For early-career professionals or those wanting to  build extra confidence in client work.

This stream supports newer advisers, paraplanners, and client- facing professionals to build trust, develop core relational skills, emotional presence, and a clear sense of professional identity — all in a supportive and practical learning environment.

Client Alchemy Stream.

For experienced advisers ready to deepen. and stretch.

This stream is designed for those looking to refine their relational intelligence, challenge ingrained habits, and bring more authenticity and emotional clarity into complex client relationships — especially where stakes are high or dynamics are emotionally charged.

The full cost of the Emotional Finance Programme, is the same regardless of which stream you join, is £1475. A deposit of £250 is required to secure your place. All terms and conditions can be found here.
