You're in!
Welcome to the Emotional Finance Programme: September cohort
Your place is officially confirmed. I’m really glad you’re here.
You’ll receive everything you need to begin in September, but for now, here’s a clear overview of how the programme works and what you can expect.
Your cohort home base
You’ll have a dedicated cohort landing page that acts as your ongoing home for the programme.
This is where everything lives in one place: training modules, reading lists, session recordings, links, and supporting materials.
You’ll have access to this space for a full year after the cohort ends, so you can return to the work whenever you need to revisit or integrate it.
How the programme works
The programme runs in a gentle fortnightly rhythm for the first two months.
Every two weeks, a new training module will be released and shared with you via email and your cohort page.
Live practice calls follow this rhythm, beginning one week after each module is released.
All recordings are uploaded to your cohort page alongside the materials, so you can catch up at any time if you miss a session.
Live practice calls
The live sessions are not content delivery calls.
They are spaces for practice, integration, and real-time learning together.
You can expect:
questions and reflections
role-play and skill practice
exploration of client scenarios
honest group discussion
These calls are the heart of the programme. Your presence and participation are an important part of the learning process, so come ready to engage rather than observe.
Confidentiality and group trust
Everything shared inside this programme stays inside this programme.
This includes live calls, the WhatsApp group, and any informal conversations connected to the cohort.
If someone shares something about their clients, their work, or their personal experience, it must be held with care and respect within the group space only.
Before we begin, you’ll be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Participation in the programme is dependent on this.
If confidentiality is broken, despite this agreement, you may be asked to leave the programme. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details.
Optional 1:1 support
Throughout the programme, you can access 1:1 coaching and mentoring calls at a reduced rate of £175.
These sessions can be used at any point during the programme.
If you’d like to book one before we begin, this can be a helpful way to understand where you’re starting from, although it’s completely optional.
Calendar invites
You’ll receive calendar invites shortly.
If you haven’t received them within a few days, just reply and let us know so we can sort it quickly for you.
A final note before we begin
Everyone arrives in this programme with different levels of experience, confidence, and context. That variation is not only expected, it’s welcomed.
There may be moments where things feel unfamiliar, a bit awkward, or exposing. That’s a normal part of learning and stretching into new practice. Nothing is going wrong when that happens.
The intention is to hold a steady enough space for honest participation, experimentation, and skill development, even when it feels imperfect.
If anything doesn’t feel right for you at any point — whether that’s pace, content, or your experience of the process — please don’t sit with it alone. Let us know.
We’d rather work with it directly.
You’ll get out of this what you put into it.
