2026 Professional Adviser Awards Finalist

What a joy - and what a milestone.

I’m absolutely delighted to share that Emotional Finance has been named a finalist for Best Specialist Support Service at the Professional Adviser Awards 2026.

This shortlisting feels a bit grown-up.

Winning the Verve Rising Star award just a couple of months ago felt like such an important, open-armed welcome as I was finding my feet - and that meant the world.

But this one feels different. It feels like a mark of maturity and impact. And to be listed alongside such impressive firms is pretty galvanising.

Across the sector, there’s a growing recognition that emotional and relational intelligence aren’t “soft extras” but critical capabilities. The appetite for trust, empathy, presence, benevolence, and genuine human connection is rising - not on the fringes, but right in the mainstream.

So if I began Emotional Finance feeling like a soloist singing Taylor Swift in a room full of prog rock bands, this shortlisting makes me feel like the whole room is starting to hum along to 'Shake It Off' beside me.
