The Emotional Finance Collective.
A nourishing professional development space for the human side of financial advice.
The Emotional Finance Collective is a community. Our meetings offer a space for both support and challenge (held virtually) and are expertly facilitated by Emma, the Founder of Emotional Finance.
The focus is on being intentional, reflective and growthful around the relational and emotional aspects of their role in financial services.
What is the Emotional Finance Collective?
The Emotional Finance Collective is a facilitated membership community for financial professionals who want to keep developing the relational and emotional side of their work - alongside others who care about doing the same.
It’s also a space for firms who recognise that relational excellence isn’t just good for your clients - it’s good for your staff and good for business. This is where your people can nurture the skills that make a real difference.
It’s a space to reflect, to practise, to ask the harder questions. To get things wrong. To cheer each other on. To gently challenge. To say what might not get said elsewhere. To feel supported, stretched, and part of something.
Whether you’ve worked with me before or this is your first step into Emotional Finance - you’re welcome here.
This work is never really 'done'. Emotional Finance is a practice - and it builds over time; through intention, feedback, and support.
The Collective helps you keep growing, in ways that feel relevant, grounded, and real.
You can expect:
> Stronger, more confident client relationships
> A deeper understanding of what gets in the way — and what to do differently
> Greater self-awareness and emotional agility, especially when things feel tricky
> Tools you can take straight back into your next client meeting
> And a sense of community — because this work is better when we do it together
Why Join?
How it Works.
The Collective is currently in its beta stage, which means it’s still evolving. As we learn what works best for the group, things may shift slightly. But here’s how it works for now, during this introductory phase:
Each month, I offer four live, facilitated sessions (one per week)
Session times vary week to week to give you the best chance of finding a time that fits your diary
You can book into one session per month in advance to secure your spot
A few days before each session, any remaining spaces open up — so if there’s room, you’re welcome to join more than one (even all four)
Catch up options if you miss a month, wherever possible
Each session is capped at 8 participants to keep the space personal, spacious and interactive
In these early stages, group sizes may be smaller which means even more focused time, tailored input, and connection
The Collective runs 9 out of 12 months each year - we’ll take a break in April, August, December
I ask for a 3 month commitment, after which you can cancel at any time
A digital ‘Emotional Finance Collective’ badge after 3 months of membership, perfect for your website, email footer, or LinkedIn
What to Expect.
A confidential and supportive space - nothing is recorded and trust is core to how we work
A range of topics - sometimes we’ll explore a theme suggested by Collective members, sometimes we’ll follow what’s live in the room, and sometimes I’ll bring a skill or challenge for us to explore. It’s all underpinned by the Emotional Finance model, but not confined by it.
Interactivity and participation at a pace to suit you. There’s no pressure to perform – you’ll never be put on the spot or made to contribute if you’re not comfortable.
A mix of reflection, dialogue and practice – you’ll have space to speak, listen, and try things out in ways that feel safe (but a little stretchy) should you choose to.
Encouragement to keep your camera on, but to come as you are, even if that’s in your PJs or your hoodie.
Please try to join from somewhere quiet and private to help you be as present as you can be and so we all help keep the space feeling safe and respectful.
Joining the Collective isn’t like logging into another meeting. It’s something different, and intentionally so.
Here’s what you can expect:
This is where the deeper work begins.
Collective Members say…
The Emotional Finance Collective is growing and thriving and I’m so excited to welcome you.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a welcome email and a booking link to reserve a spot at your preferred time this month.
If we haven’t met or worked together before, we’ll also schedule a short welcome call ahead of your first session so that we can get to know each other a little and you can ask any questions you have.
Your Investment.
At this beta stage, membership costs:
