Exploring Emotional Finance: An in person workshop for Women in Financial Services. Wednesday 15th October.
Exploring Emotional Finance: An in person workshop for Women in Financial Services
An experiential day of connection, insight and reflection, designed by women in financial services for women in financial services.
Join us for a unique one day workshop generously sponsored by Timeline, facilitated by Emma Boardwell, Founder of Emotional Finance; and co-hosted by Kate Phillips, Head of Sales at Timeline.
Hosted at the Timeline Offices in London, this event is for female financial professionals who want to foster their emotional and relational intelligence in the workplace.
Grounded in the framework of Emotional Finance, the day will offer an introduction to creating the conditions of trust and to building the emotional and relational skills and practices that underpin strong working relationships, and encourage client engagement, loyalty and referral.
Through guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, live demonstrations and supported role play, we’ll explore themes such as:
What builds - or quietly erodes - trust in financial services
How to cultivate presence and calm in the midst of the hustle
Offering empathy that connects, but doesn’t deplete
Finding your authentic voice in a profession still shaped by masculine norms
You’ll leave feeling resourced, supported and reconnected to your purpose.
This isn’t a day of lectures or theory overload, though it will qualify for 6.5 hours of structured CPD. It’s a spacious, energising environment for connection, growth and insight - with an intimate group of peers, rich experiential learning, and a generous dose of professional nourishment.
T&Cs can be found here
Venue: Timeline, 70 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.
Timings: Wednesday 15th October. 9.45am – 4:45pm
Cost: £250pp/ £200 Early Bird rate if you book before Friday 5th September or if you are self funding (use code 74RNT9F at checkout)
