Client vulnerability Workshop. Sponsored by EBI Portfolios. Friday 17 October. The Forge, Bristol.

£250.00

Client vulnerability: A relational issue not just a compliance tick box

Many financial professionals are confident with the technical side of advice.

But when it comes to emotional conversations - especially those involving vulnerability - things can feel uncertain, even overwhelming.

Join us for a one day workshop, generously sponsored by EBI Portfolios, facilitated by Emma Boardwell, Founder of Emotional Finance; and co-hosted by Debbie Holmes, Business Development Manager at EBI Portfolios.

Hosted at the Forge, a beautiful and unique meeting space in Bristol, this one-day, small-group workshop is designed to help you build the relational intelligence needed to:

  • Spot signs of vulnerability with confidence

  • Build deeper trust with your clients

  • Navigate emotional conversations with empathy and grounded presence

Through a mix of guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, live demonstration, and supported role play, you'll leave with practical tools, deeper insight, and a renewed sense of clarity and confidence.

This isn’t your typical day of slides and lectures (though you will earn 6 hours of structured CPD).

It’s hands-on, reflective, and intentionally small in scale. You’ll be part of a focused, energising group of peers, learning through live demonstrations, guided exercises, structured reflection and facilitated dialogue.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions either by emailing or by booking a discovery call. I’d be very happy to help you decide if the workshop is a good fit, with no pressure or obligation at all.
