Built around the Emotional Finance Model — a proprietary methodology developed by psychotherapist and DipFA qualified financial coach Emma Boardwell — it brings psychotherapeutic principles and practice into the heart of the advice process, driving conversion, engagement, loyalty and recommendations.

    Participants can either submit a recorded client meeting or have a live debrief with Emma to receive focused, personalised feedback on their strengths, blind spots, and development priorities.
